Positive Reviews

Warm welcome just outside Betws-y-Coed.

Ty Gwyn guests found themselves just a short stroll away from the village of Betws-y-Coed, in a charming old building, which was thought to have been very well kept. The staff was said to be attentive and welcoming — going out of their way to make your day —  which apparently resulted in a cosy, amicable ambience which guests very much enjoyed.

Food thought to be exceptionally good.

Those who stayed said the food here was exceptionally good across the board; rustically-styled cuisine which kept guests coming back for more, despite the huge portions. On top of this, the prices were thought to be very reasonable for the quality and guests were happy to find a huge menu to work their way through.

Lovely decor, great value & free parking to boot.

The rooms here are said to be lovely and peaceful, with tasteful decor, good heating and luxurious features in some, like luscious four-poster beds, lounge areas and even a terrace. Free parking was the cherry on top — particularly useful since many people are exploring through the Snowdonia National Park by car —- and Ty Gwyn guests said that they thought they received great value for money from their stay.
