Positive Reviews

Serene location overlooking Benidorm

Amusement park visitors loved the proximity of and free admission to Terra Mitica with its rides and rollercoasters. It appealed that the hotel was in a tranquil hillside spot that drivers said was easily reached from main roads. Many added it was straightforward to access golf courses, beaches and downtown for shopping, nightlife and cabaret shows.

Rooms and facilities made a good impression

The well-equipped, clean, comfortable and bright rooms at this new and well-appointed hotel made a good impression on reviewers, as did the pleasant views of Benidorm. Families spoke highly of the hotel’s modern rooms and excellent facilities, including the inviting outdoor swimming pools. There was praise for the cosy beds too. Budget-minded visitors often felt that for upscale accommodation in the area the hotel was competitive under the price-to-quality ratio.

Great food and good service

The hotel personnel were reportedly friendly, helpful and professional. Reviewers loved the extensive buffet breakfasts and those who dined later on commented that the food and service at the on-site restaurants was good. Diners appreciated the plentiful and varied selection on offer at the reasonably-priced buffets.

Negative Reviews

Location posed issues for non-drivers

Those travelling without their own transport sometimes noted that the hotel’s location wasn’t ideal for them. Taxi fares mounted up for non-drivers on longer stays who wanted to visit town or the beaches frequently. Several critics wished there had been a shuttle bus.

A few grumbles

Some critics said their enjoyment of the pleasant views from their rooms was sometimes diminished because the windows were insufficiently clean. There were also reports that the lifts sometimes became overcrowded at peak times.

Temperamental free Wi-Fi encountered

Some reviewers occasionally faced difficulties joining or staying connected to the free Wi-Fi. There were some reports that the network ran slowly too.
