Pretty decent location

Guests liked the location of the apartments a lot. They were described as being a little bit off the main tourist drag, which meant it was a bit quieter. But guests reported that the beach was an easy walk away, that there was a metro station nearby and that the immediate area had a decent selection of amenities.

Apartments are spacious and well equipped

One of the first things guests typically commented on in reviews was that their apartment was more spacious than they expected and that it looked very new. They were impressed with the quality and look of the furniture and equipment, and felt that it contained all they needed during their stay.

Friendly and helpful staff

The staff at the remote reception were said to be friendly and exceptionally helpful, often going out of their way to help guests with local information and sorting out practical matters.

Negative Reviews

Keys need to be collected from another location

This was by far what guests were most unhappy about. They reported that not only was key collection for the apartment not in the building, but was in fact quite some distance away. Guests found this to be inconvenient and not the best start to their holiday.

Unhappiness with the cleaning fee

Guests mentioned that there was a separate cleaning fee charged. This caused some shock. Not only because it was unexpected, but also because it was regarded as quite high. It was also often felt that the cleanliness of the apartment really didn’t justify the high cleaning fee.

Problems with mosquitoes

Guests travelling in the warmer months reported mosquitoes in their apartment, even if they were fairly high up in the building.
