Positive Reviews

Great central location

If you want to be within striking distance of all Barcelona's main attractions, you should be, like most guests, pretty satisfied with the location of this guesthouse. You can get to The Arc de Trimpf, The Plaça de Catalunya or even The Sagrada Familia by foot. If you want to take it easy though, there is a metro station close by.

Nice shared facilities

Guests like hanging around on the nicely decorated shared terrace and meeting other guests. They also appreciate the modern and clean kitchen that they can use to prepare meals in.

Friendly staff

Guests encounters with the staff are on the whole very positive. They are very friendly, relaxed and helpful - helping you out the best they can.

Negative Reviews

Small dark rooms

You may feel like you have been locked up in a prison cell rather than a hotel room here. Guests say that certain rooms are very cramped and have no outside light or windows - bar a small interior-facing window.

Poor sound-proofing

Guests find the sound-insulation of the room to be pretty much nonexistent as they can hear everything going on in the hallways and other rooms, including the plumbing, toilets and showers. If you have the good fortune to have an exterior-facing room, your rejoicing may be brief as you realise that you are constantly disturbed by the noise of the street outside.

Identity crisis

Guests feel that although this accommodation tries to dress itself up as a small hotel or a hostel, it is indeed neither. It is in reality just a few apartments within a building. There is not even a sign outside and you have to call on arrival for someone to come and let you in.
