Positive Reviews

The Location is Excellent

Guests often said they thought the location of the hotel was the best part about staying there. They loved being walking distance from all the sights and sounds of the La Rambla Boulevard, and also thought it was convenient to be so close to a metro line.

Very Secure Premises

Guests noted that the hotel's reception desk employees were very attentive regarding the foot traffic in and out of the hotel. They said that people were not admitted through the door unless they could prove they were hotel guests, which helped the establishment's occupants feel safe.

The Staff Are Approachable

Guests said they usually felt comfortable asking staff members for assistance, because the employees acted in a very welcoming manner. Furthermore, when giving assistance, the workers offered it very thoroughly, which helped guests feel at ease even if they were not familiar with the area.

Negative Reviews

Very Cramped Rooms

Guests repeatedly commented that they thought the rooms were too small. When multiple occupants were staying in one room, guests gave feedback to say it was difficult for the individuals to move around simultaneously.

Distracting Exterior Noises

Guests frequently found it hard to sleep because they said the hotel's windows did not work well for blocking outside noises. With that in mind, you may want to bring earplugs, especially since the problem seemed to persist regardless of room location.

The Breakfast is Too Basic

Although guests sometimes said they appreciated that the hotel's breakfast didn't cost a lot, many also said they wished it would have had more variety. It was common for guests to try the breakfast at the hotel once or twice and then look for offsite morning meal options.
