Housekeeping Details

While most guests were satisfied with their experience at this resort, a number complained about rooms not being ready at check-in time or not being made up until later in the day and glasses and dishes left outside rooms until the following day. Guests also reported bags of dirty laundry left outside rooms and cobwebs in corners.

Missing Creature Comforts

A few guests were less than satisfied with their experiences at this resort and reported uncomfortable beds and pillows and cold temperatures in some of the public areas. Many guests were disappointed to find two single beds pushed together rather than a double bed.
