Good value and decent facilities.

The apartments on offer at Rosamar I were thought to offer very good value for money, thanks to the reasonable prices and the comfort guests received for this, as well as the lovely sea views. In addition, they were considered to be clean, spacious and cosy, and came with a decent standard of air conditioning and good kitchen facilities.

Right at the beach.

According to reviews, guests were very happy with their Algarve location, mentioning they were just a few minutes’ walk away from the main beach at Armacao de Pera. Furthermore, they mentioned being close to restaurants, bars, and all the necessary shops for picking up the essentials.

Friendly staff, easy check-in.

Those who stayed here mentioned the staff they met on arrival to be friendly, and returning guests said their check-in was particularly smooth and painless.

Negative Reviews

Decor could use looking at.

A few guests considered the 70’s style of these apartments to be a bit iffy, thought them to be dated overall or noted some specific parts which were in need of refreshing; but these were not thought to be big issues.

Could be noise from next door.

Rosamar I guests occasionally mentioned experiencing some noise disturbance from the bar next door, so light sleepers should keep this in mind and perhaps bring earplugs with them. Having said this, some more recent guests mentioned that this appears to have closed, to this may no longer be an issue.
