Directions: From Dublin/Waterford/Dungarvan: Newtown Farm Country House is signposted on the N25 halfway between Dungarvan and Youghal, Take the N25 out of Dungarvan driving for 12km until you meet the turn off for Ardmore - don't take this left. Travel a further kilometre on N25 and then take a left onto the L2026 at Flemings pub. The house is 100m up this road. From Killarney/Cork/Youghal: Take the N25 out of Youghal for 9km (don't take turning for Ardmore), travel on N25 for a further 5km to Grange until you come to Flemings pub, on your right. Take this right turn onto the L2026. The house is 100m up this road.
