Can get overcrowded.

Condesa de la Bahía is highly popular with holiday makers and guests say the hotel can get pretty overcrowded during the holiday season. Several guests have complained of long check-in/check-out queues as well as lifts at the lifts.

Limited storage in the rooms.

Guests say that the hotel overlooked provision of adequate storage space in the rooms. The wardrobes contain just a couple of cloth hangers which can be inconveniencing for guests planning to stay for weeks.

No adult-only areas.
