Well-stocked, Well-made, Tasty Breakfast

Guests reported that the breakfast served at BelleVue Lagomonte is plentiful with a lot of hot and cold options that are well-prepared and served by fast and friendly staff and every day, there is something different to eat.

Very Friendly and Welcoming Staff

Front desk staff are very welcoming and all staff in every department are friendly, helpful and quick to resolve issues when they arise. Also, the animation team is funny, entertaining, interactive and wonderful with children.

Very Central Location

The location of the hotel is very quiet and relaxing but also centrally-located enough to allow guests to be able to access a beach and the shops, restaurants and pubs of the main strip.

Negative Reviews

Staff Seem Like They Can't be Bothered

It seems like some staff members don't want to be bothered with guests judging my their passive and unfriendly attitudes. Guests reported that while checking in, the staff didn't provide any information about the hotel or how to get to their rooms and they felt like they were inconveniencing them. Guests also reported that the hotel seems to have a problem with overbooking rooms and this means guests show up and are told their room is gone.

Repetitive and Poorly-made Meals

Guests reported that the food is bland, there isn't much variety available and the same thing is served every day Also reported was day-old food served so cold that guests had to reheat it in the microwave and some items are undercooked or overcooked.

Guest Rooms are Small and Old-Fashoined

The guest rooms at BelleVue Lagomonte are so small that you can barely move around in them and the furnishings and decor are tired and from an another era. Guests also reported that the rooms are very dark, the beds are uncomfortable, the walls are not soundproof and the air conditioning doesn't work properly.
